Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product, stack, place on pallets, and print pallet labels; find job docket/set up sheet information needed for setup.
  • •Ensure correct loading of product for material handling and troubleshoot robot setup if applicable.
  • •Verify job quality and accuracy; inform operators of problems/errors; pull samples and send to Quality Auditors as required.
  • •Perform downtime and cleanup duties for the press area, including mopping/cleaning, filling solvent/varnish containers, and setting up cylinders/carriages.
  • •Complete make-ready tasks such as doctor blade setup/breakdown, purging stacks/tables, assisting impression roller changes, and handling ink/solvent/container changes; assist roll stand or forklift tasks if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) with 1-3 years of related production experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crouching).
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and work in excess of 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week when necessary.
