Job Summary

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) product line coordination with a focus on development activities from pre-concept commit through Time To Quality and Volume. Partner across HW/SW Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Compliance, Product Ops, Manufacturing Ops, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers to drive schedules, product transition, and supply ramps. Manage prototype and pilot builds, capacity/capability reviews, risk mitigation, and cross-site manufacturing execution to meet scope, cost, quality, and time-to-market metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for coordination of product line introduction, from pre-concept commit through Time To Quality and Volume (TTQV).
•Partner with HW/SW Engineering, Marketing, Global Supply Management, Compliance, Product Ops Central, Global Manufacturing Ops, Quality, and Contract Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth NPI launch.
•Manage product transition, alternate component qualifications, and new product launches in the supply chain space.
•Develop and implement action plans and fulfillment strategy with the coordinated product team based on engineering and marketing input.
•Lead manufacturing cross-functional execution for performance metrics (scope, cost, quality, and Time To Market) and drive prototype/pilot builds with risk mitigation strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,400 - 128,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent training plus three years of experience in a technical program management role (e.g., NPI PM, Engineering PM, Supply Chain PM, or Product Life-cycle PM).
•Demonstrated experience leading with cross-functional impact.
•Masters in technical field or MBA is preferred.
•Experience with ASIC development and qualification process is preferred.
•Experience working in an NPI manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturers and a track record in risk mitigation is preferred.
