Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and diagnose issues using data across many makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while performing maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
