Job Summary

Provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the Phoenix rental facility. Use the company’s T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time data. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel troubleshooting with independent judgment, maintain accurate documentation, and support pick-up/delivery and on-site repairs when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
•Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time information and data.
•Maintain daily paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

•High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred (valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle).
