Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety policies and 5S duties using proper PPE and equipment.
  • •Perform electrical wiring assembly of switchboards or panelboards using tools like wire strippers and pliers.
  • •Select and install correct wires by working from manufacturing information (front views, bill of materials, wiring diagrams, drawings/blueprints, and instructions).
  • •Understand power flow and follow guidelines to comply with regulations when wiring.
  • •Maintain job progress, communicate problem areas or shortages, perform quality checks (visual inspections), and drive process improvement via root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 6 months wiring experience or successful completion of Eaton wiring certification.
  • •6 months experience in manufacturing or operations and/or technical experience in an industrial setting.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year experience in manufacturing/operations and/or industrial technical experience, including comprehension of wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow.
