Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical aspects of Exchange Online and related domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and other M365 components
•Manage Teams telephony configuration and live event support
•Provide user support for incidents and requests via the Service Desk
•Escalate issues to vendors and manage tickets through resolution
•Maintain availability through proactive monitoring to ensure health of environment and minimize mail flow interruptions
•Promote adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools, including Microsoft Evergreen
•Assist in managing all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Stream) and in Azure AD Sync and conditional access policies

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience as an M365 Engineer with mastery of Exchange Online and related technologies
•Strong knowledge of eDiscovery, EOP and ATP, and experience with M365 security & compliance portal
•Experience with Azure Active Directory Synchronization (joining machines, policy administration, Intune) and scripting with PowerShell
•Solid knowledge of Office apps (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and their SharePoint Online integrations
•French and English language proficiency; ability to qualify client needs and lead small teams in an Agile environment
