Deliver a strong customer experience by identifying client needs, educating customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting the team’s sales process through outbound calling and referral. Follow internal controls and risk policies and participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines while advancing product and sales knowledge.
