Job Summary

Lead end-to-end organisational change management for Microsoft-based transformation programs, combining strategic leadership with hands-on consulting. Own customer relationships with senior stakeholders, plan and quality-assure change deliveries, and coordinate across change, technology, data, and program teams. Coach and develop consultants and analysts, support solution design and offer work, and help evolve the OCM offering in Sweden, including Copilot and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead OCM engagements from solution design and change strategy through delivery and follow-up of business value.
•Manage relationships with the customer leadership, building trust, handling expectations, and driving the change agenda.
•Plan, lead, and quality-assure change deliveries while coordinating work between change management, technology, data, and program teams.
•Coach and develop consultants and analysts through mentoring, feedback, and development conversations, including decisions on skills development and promotion.
•Contribute to solution design and sales support by defining scope, creating customer proposals, participating in customer presentations and dialogues, and supporting commercial opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Around 8–12 years of experience in organisational change management, ideally from consulting or other customer-facing roles.
•Documented experience leading change work in technology-driven transformation programs, particularly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
•Experience leading teams and coordinating complex deliveries.
•Experience coaching and developing consultants or other team members.
•Certification in Prosci, ADKAR, or a comparable change methodology.
