Job Summary

Manage strategic projects and large cross-functional digital transformation programs across Digital & Technology, aligning delivery with the digital strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap. Translate strategic objectives into structured program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and benefit measures. Support long-term service desk transformation (ITSM maturity, service catalog, incident/request handling, automation, reporting) and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee strategic projects and large transformation programs across Digital & Technology, ensuring alignment with the digital strategy, operating model, transformation roadmap, and priorities.
•Create structured program plans (scope, outcomes, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, governance requirements, implementation roadmaps, benefit measures).
•Support long-term service desk function transformation, including service desk maturity, service catalog development, incident management, request fulfilment, escalation models, knowledge management, automation, reporting, and service quality improvement.
•Monitor delivery progress and provide clear visibility of status and decisions required from leadership; track progress against agreed delivery changes.
•Coach and mentor peers and junior colleagues on program management, ITSM transformation, business case development, and executive communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
•Capability to translate strategic objectives into structured program plans with scope, outcomes, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, governance, and benefit measures.
•Experience supporting service desk transformation (global service desk maturity, service catalogue development, incident management, request fulfilment, escalation models, knowledge management, automation, reporting, service quality).
•Ability to apply a data-driven, evidence-based approach to program shaping, decision-making, and recommendations for senior leadership.
