Job Summary

Design, manage, and continuously improve Maaden’s internship programs to build a national future-talent pipeline. Own internship strategy aligned to workforce planning, Saudization objectives, and business needs; develop policies, governance, onboarding, and evaluation processes; and act as the subject-matter expert. Track and report KPIs (intake through conversion and satisfaction), guide coordinators and business supervisors, and support audits and strategic workforce reporting to HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Maaden’s internship strategy aligned with business growth plans and future skill requirements.
•Translate workforce planning insights into targeted internship pipelines.
•Design and maintain internship policies, governance frameworks, and operating models while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
•Standardize intern onboarding, learning plans, supervision, and evaluation processes; serve as subject-matter expert for internship and early-career programs.
•Track and report internship KPIs (intake, completion, conversion to employment, performance outcomes, satisfaction) and provide insights to HR leadership while supporting audits and internal reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
•Master’s degree or a professional HR certification (preferred).
•7+ years of experience in talent development, early careers programs, or workforce planning.
•Proven experience designing and managing large-scale internship or graduate programs.
•Experience in heavy industry, mining, energy, or large national organizations is an advantage.
