Mill Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Supervise the overall production operation of a department across multiple shifts, aligning activities with cost, profit, and production goals. Lead and motivate a group of employees, coach and counsel team members, and manage performance and evaluations. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, ensure compliance with UFP policies and applicable law, and maintain accurate reports and records. May also support hazardous material handling and assist with forklift operations when assigned.
