Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facility infrastructure management across multiple states, covering planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations.
  • •Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient MEP system operation, including preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • •Develop and maintain BMS and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS), and monitor energy consumption to drive cost and environmental impact reduction.
  • •Serve as electrical engineering SME and provide technical supervision for facility projects from concept through commissioning, including feasibility studies, bid evaluations, and design reviews.
  • •Respond to technical emergencies and resolve equipment failures promptly to maintain business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of facilities engineering/building infrastructure/plant engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • •Strong expertise in designing, operating, maintaining, and optimizing MEP systems in manufacturing/industrial/corporate/mission-critical environments.
  • •Advanced electrical power distribution knowledge, including medium- and low-voltage infrastructure, power monitoring systems, and building management systems (BMS).
  • •Experience performing or overseeing electrical system studies (load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash) using ETAP or similar software. Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and NEC is required.
