•Liaison with Disclosure teams for the various MOD services.
•Investigate allocated NIHL claims and gather evidence.
•Prepare detailed reports advising on liability, quantum, and tactics as needed.
•Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits.
•Professional correspondence and adherence to procedures while managing case documentation.

•Proven experience handling NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) injury claims from cradle to grave.

•Collaborative team player with adaptability and effective communication.
•Experience in liaising with Disclosure teams and negotiating settlements within authority limits.
