Job Summary

Own day-to-day relationships with athletes and talent, coordinating onboarding, gifting, and ongoing account management while delivering exceptional partnership experiences. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and partnership activations tied to key sporting and cultural moments, partnering with Creative, Social, PR, Performance Science, and Brand teams. Track deliverables and timelines for talent agreements, support events and shoots, and collaborate with Country Marketing teams to activate global athletes across regional initiatives.

•Coordinate athlete onboarding, product fulfillment, gifting, and ongoing account management.
•Execute marketing campaigns and partnership activations with cross-functional teams around key sporting and cultural moments.
•Support athlete and talent agreements by tracking contractual deliverables, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders.
•Prepare creative briefs, coordinate campaign assets, maintain partnership trackers and reporting, and represent WHOOP at events with travel as needed.

Salary: EUR 46,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, talent partnerships, brand marketing, or entertainment at a global or consumer-facing brand.
•Proven ability to build and manage relationships with athletes, talent, agencies, or partner organizations.
•Strong understanding of the global sports, entertainment, and cultural landscape.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
