Key Responsibilities

  • •Fully own the operational and tactical localization lifecycle for assigned titles from initial planning through global launch.
  • •Oversee language assets (dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, marketing supplementals, metadata, and titles) while managing cross-functional expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • •Collaborate on localization strategy for new content formats and help test and implement scalable models using automation and assistive technologies.
  • •Plan and schedule localization workflows, including title-level language strategy, vendor selection, bid management, financial tracking, and asset delivery.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage risks and troubleshoot/escalate quality or operational issues; analyze metrics to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.
