Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges and work with clients to develop and implement our structured approach to discover, design and deliver a solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the benefits and outcomes desired.
•Lead in the analysis, definition and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across various stages of the client engagement.
•Lead the delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives.
•Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually.
•Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the Defence Sector
•Experienced professional (3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls) with relevant experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable)
•Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes covering one or more roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment in the infrastructure sector (including defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar
•Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across the capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function
•Familiarity with supporting the development of controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions used to create a ‘one version of the truth’ and enable client leadership teams to make informed decision making based on actionable intelligence
