Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and processes, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications – HRIS
•Maintain and optimize Job and Compensation architecture to align with growth and AI-driven leveling
•Improve Workday processes by leveraging AI to identify bottlenecks and streamline approvals for a better user experience
•Manage complex Condition Rules and calculated fields to ensure accurate data routing and system behavior
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate process knowledge into improvements and explore ML opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience managing enterprise platforms and applications in complex environments
•5+ years of mandatory Workday HCM experience (Business Processes, Reporting, Condition Rules), Talent Management, and Learning
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
•Demonstrated experience or interest in HR automation, prompt engineering, or AI features within enterprise software
•Experience maintaining Job Profiles, Grade Profiles, and Compensation Step structures in a global, SOX-compliant environment
