Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI agents and automation system, including the agentic/conversational front end and backend workflow automation.
  • •Build new automations such as document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with external carrier systems.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI technology (including voicebot and computer-use agents) and decide what to invest in next.
  • •Build and ship production-ready capabilities for the next generation AI system.
  • •Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software engineering, ideally in an early-stage startup where you’ve owned outcomes end-to-end.
  • •Build and drive outcomes without relying on others to write the specification.
  • •Hands-on experience tinkering with new models soon after release and choosing architectures with clear tradeoffs.
  • •Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure handling.
  • •Comfort evaluating emerging AI technologies and selecting what to invest in next.
