Remote Bilingual Client Care Representative

Handle inbound customer requests in a Customer Care Centre by responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. You’ll analyze information to determine next steps, navigate computer systems to track calls and gather details, and resolve customer issues accurately and in a timely manner. In this full-time remote role, you’ll help strengthen customer relationships and support customer loyalty through professional, attentive service.
