Job Summary

Provide Employee Relations and performance management expertise for Singapore and ASEAN, leading workplace investigations, case management, and consultation within a centralized Employee Relations function. Handle complex, high-risk matters, partner with Employment Attorneys and internal investigative bodies, interpret policies and employment law, and guide HRBPs and managers. Produce investigation reports, deliver disciplinary actions when required, track case trends in Salesforce systems, and use AI tools to streamline documentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct ER investigations by gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws/policies/past practice, and recommending management action.
•Partner with internal Employment Attorneys, Internal Audit, and other investigative bodies as needed.
•Interpret and apply corporate policies and employment law to advise on ER inquiries and handle sensitive/high-risk cases.
•Compile and communicate investigation findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders; deliver warnings and disciplinary actions when required.
•Provide ER case management and consultation for performance management, track and analyze case trends in Salesforce’s case management system, and use AI tools to improve workflows and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Must have demonstrated ability to conduct thorough employee relations (ER) investigations, document cases in detail, and make logical, fact-based recommendations.
•Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years of Employee Relations experience (or equivalent dedicated ER work).
•Business-level English ability (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
•Prior HR experience supporting ASEAN locations, especially Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
•Understanding of performance management principles and demonstrated ability guiding/coaching managers through ER issues, with strong stakeholder management and escalation handling.
