Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the comprehensive partnership strategy for the data center business.
  • •Own and advance strategic alliances, including joint development of reference designs and alignment of product roadmaps and GTM campaigns.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and commercialize innovative business models to capture new revenue streams.
  • •Lead executive-level collaboration platforms with hyperscale and colocation operators to shape system offerings.
  • •Drive relationships with consortiums and standards bodies and track partnership/business development OKRs to deliver results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Proven track record identifying, structuring, negotiating, and managing complex, high-value partnerships and joint development/go-to-market alliances.
  • •Extensive experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy, preferably in the technology sector.
  • •Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating new business models.
  • •Engineering background in data center/high-tech design (with PLC controls experience as a plus).
