Key Responsibilities

•Develop user-centric yield-bearing balance products, including user journey design and initiatives to drive user growth and global ecosystem expansion.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis across target regions, iteratively optimize product experience, and enrich functional architecture and product value.
•Drive ongoing product optimization using troubleshooting, user feedback, and KPI tracking to improve acquisition and retention and identify upgrade opportunities.
•Evaluate business requirements against the existing product baseline and upgrade product architecture and design to ensure stability, performance, and operational reliability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline requirement management workflows and improve end-to-end delivery efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of fintech product experience with commercial acumen and a track record in fintech product development.
•Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of C-end products, including user research, requirement analysis, PRD drafting, data analysis, and post-launch operations.
•Experience or domain expertise in wealth management and investment products is preferred.
•Strong logical and structured thinking with robust abstraction and summarization; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
•Proficient in English or Chinese; fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in the China market.
