Key Responsibilities

•Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
•Perform OS imaging, configuration, and deployment for Windows and macOS platforms.
•Utilize endpoint management tools to implement patching, software delivery, and security updates.
•Proactively identify and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities to maintain compliance with security standards.
•Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated endpoint issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,250 - 189,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (experience may be substituted for education)
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on client/endpoint management for Windows and macOS
•Strong expertise with endpoint management tools
•Proven ability to manage OS imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation for large-scale environments
•Solid troubleshooting skills for complex endpoint issues
