Facilities Co-Ordinator

Support day-to-day operations of the Great Harbour facility in Greenock by coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, maintaining accurate asset and compliance records, and acting as the primary contact for the landlord. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure safe completion of works, monitor waste management and compliance checks, and contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll also support warehouse and operational activities, including forklift operation and other site duties where trained.
