Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day.
  • •Load and prepare the van for deliveries, ensuring orders are together for efficient customer delivery.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance, health and safety.
  • •Be a Waitrose brand ambassador with great customer service as the number one priority.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not out on the road, including stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older to work in this role.
  • •Hold a full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Provide great customer service and help customers with their shopping.
  • •Manage time effectively and be able to work independently with self motivation and adaptability.
  • •Be comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates and moving cages; be IT literate.
