Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the business on an Agile team by understanding business strategy and writing/refining, accepting, and prioritizing stories and features for compliant solutions.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized backlog with complete user stories and acceptance criteria; review and accept deliverables to confirm acceptance criteria are met.
  • •Serve as the customer perspective across the product delivery lifecycle with one or more delivery teams.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (UX/design, business analysts, developers, testers) to develop, execute, and release in alignment with roadmaps.
  • •Facilitate business process definition and documentation with stakeholders and IT, and prepare tactics/metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk while ensuring risks are controlled per risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or related business operations/product line.
  • •Advanced ability to gather business requirements, process flows, and use cases, and write user stories through acceptance within Agile/Waterfall/SAFe.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
  • •Advanced knowledge of business and systems domains, process engineering methodologies, and federal regulations including FED_OCC Third Party Rel 2013-29, Reg W, GLBA, and UDAAP.
