Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate market insights, customer needs, application requirements, and opportunities into effective technical and commercial solutions with Account Managers.
  • •Identify market opportunities and customer demands with the Head of Sales to support development and successful launch of new solutions.
  • •Provide strategic direction and technical sales support to guide Account Managers and drive commercial execution.
  • •Deliver advanced technical support, application expertise, and scientific/marketing assistance, including technical seminars and customer training.
  • •Ensure technical and scientific excellence of products, support implementation in the market, and contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.
