Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership for evolving a Kubernetes-based enterprise network applications platform across cloud, hybrid, edge, and customer-managed environments.
  • •Define platform architecture, technical strategy, and multi-release roadmaps, translating product and operational needs into designs and implementation plans.
  • •Design and evolve Kubernetes capabilities including cluster lifecycle, controllers and reconciliation, custom resources, scheduling, networking, storage, service discovery, and upgrades.
  • •Lead shared platform services for connectivity, identity and access management, distributed data, observability, lifecycle automation, and administration.
  • •Improve reliability and security via high-availability design, recovery/backup & restore, capacity planning, production debugging, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and AI workload readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •A related bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years building, operating, or extending production Kubernetes platforms.
  • •Strong Kubernetes knowledge plus Go and/or Java development experience.
  • •Proven technical leadership spanning architecture through production delivery across teams.
  • •Hands-on expertise across distributed systems, Linux, containers, networking, security, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
