  • •Build, own, and execute end-to-end capacity planning processes for commercial proposals and scientific capabilities.
  • •Translate demand forecasts into staffing, resource, and capacity plans; identify bottlenecks and quantify cost and lead time.
  • •Maintain the authoritative record of capacity commitments across the active pipeline.
  • •Define measurement units, batch definitions, and workflow-to-demand mappings connecting Operations, Scientific, Commercial, and Financial data into an Integrated Business Plan.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of experience in strategic finance, business or revenue operations, or operations.
