Lead Field Service Technician

Provide expert field technical support for Honeywell Building Automation systems. Lead and coordinate on-site service activities, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime, and ensure strong service quality. Mentor junior field service technicians while delivering timely solutions that improve system uptime, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Work out of the Herndon, VA location on a Hybrid/Remote schedule and report to the Senior Field Service Manager.
