Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full financial planning and forecasting lifecycle for the Investment Program, including annual budget recommendations and global/theater quarterly targets and governance.
  • •Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to establish and communicate investment budgets aligned to GTM strategy.
  • •Run day-to-day program operations, including managing submission templates, coordinating investment review meetings, documenting approvals/action items, and ensuring global consistency.
  • •Build, maintain, and evolve the Investment Program dashboard and supporting AI skills; develop and track KPIs for financial performance and operational health.
  • •Create and distribute MBR/QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership and support continuous improvement using AI to drive efficiencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 189,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles with a track record in ROI analytics.
  • •Proven ownership of large, complex, finance-led programs with strong project management discipline.
  • •Deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle and the operational realities of a high-growth technology company.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad).
  • •Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations.
