Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize planning, cost, and risk integration to deliver work plan scopes within budget and time constraints.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed to develop the project schedule.
  • •Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines, and contribute to Work Breakdown Structure development for performance measurement.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and schedule contingency management for specific work packages.
  • •Analyze schedule and resource data, assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology, and communicate trends/issues to the project director and team while supporting coaching and mentoring of the planning team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 8 years of civil infrastructure construction experience (e.g., aviation, rail, transportation, bridges/roads/highways, tunnels, utilities) in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, including experience with Primavera Project Planner 6.0+ and Microsoft Project.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and work in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to support wider initiatives (e.g., responding to RFPs).
