Associate Director, Scheduling- Civil Infrastructure Construction

Lead project scheduling for major civil infrastructure programs within the US Infrastructure team. Own planning and scheduling methodology, develop milestone and progress baselines, and drive schedule reporting with forecasting and contingency management. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate schedule status, assess subcontractor compliance, and support Work Breakdown Structure development and schedule data analysis. Provide coaching and mentoring to the planning team while ensuring integrated schedule compliance and, where applicable, SOX controls.
