Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide a portfolio of Drupal and/or WordPress build and support projects from kickoff to completion, serving as primary client point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • •Lead onboarding and planning activities (kickoffs, transitions, prioritized backlogs), and evaluate tasks/requests for strategic fit and scope alignment.
  • •Monitor quality, budgets, timelines, and hours used; flag risks early and manage escalations, especially within support accounts.
