Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to field complaints and production issues for existing products.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis of quality and performance issues.
  • •Define and validate process or design improvements through testing.
  • •Manage deviations and PPAP submissions; support value improvement and sourcing strategies.
  • •Ensure accurate implementation and documentation of engineering changes in PLM and ERP systems, including regulatory/agency and substance compliance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • •Ability to solve problems and manage variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • •Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches to meet requirements for new or improved products.
