Key Responsibilities

  • •Review projects in Workfront, ensure documentation/files are available, and enter project details in the PM Project Grade and Update sections.
  • •Create dummy mapping graphics from available imagery, aligning and labeling graphical elements for future reference.
  • •Perform quality checks on dummy mapping graphics and mapped points, making minimal corrections promptly and validating against project/client requirements.
  • •Verify received database completeness, integrate it with existing dummy mapping graphics, and reference points accurately using database data.
  • •Track progress and document actions/decisions in Workfront, including status updates and descriptive notes on issues; complete final reviews and mark projects complete.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level controls application engineering background; bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent education and basic controls/engineering experience.

  • •Experience integrating databases with graphical mapping tools and verifying mapped points for accuracy.
  • •Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, or electrical schematics.
