Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex waste management projects and resolve technical and delivery-related challenges.
  • •Develop waste management strategies for buildings, master plans, and city-scale developments.
  • •Conduct waste generation analysis and recommend infrastructure sizing for MRFs, composting facilities, transfer stations, and landfills.
  • •Review and validate project deliverables to ensure compliance with regulations and best practice.
  • •Lead client workshops and coordinate reviews, and mentor junior team members with technical support and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Waste Management, Environmental Engineering/Science or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience delivering waste management consultancy projects.
  • •Proven knowledge of recycling activities, waste treatment, and disposal technologies.
  • •Familiarity with international waste management standards, circular economy principles, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, or similar).
  • •Strong proficiency preparing 2D waste management drawings/layouts using AutoCAD and experience working with 3D modelling environments (Revit/BIM; Revit preferred).
