Job Summary

Lead the Employee Welfare and Relations (EWRT) function for the assigned HR hub, ensuring timely, professional employee welfare and employee-relations support. Own end-to-end employee relations from query resolution and incident management to disciplinary proceedings, termination decisions, and Full and Final settlements in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Manage and develop HR Coordinators and Team Leaders, oversee SLA performance, conduct quality reviews using Power BI, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee the EWRT function for the HR hub, ensuring employees receive consistent welfare and employee relations support.
•Manage the end-to-end employee relations process including query resolution, incident management, disciplinary proceedings, termination process, and Full and Final settlements in compliance with UAE Labour Law and policies.
•Lead, develop, and hold accountable HR Coordinators and Team Leaders to meet service levels with high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
•Oversee grievance handling and employee welfare queries via the ESP system, manage escalations, and ensure responses are accurate, legally sound, and clearly communicated.
•Own disciplinary and investigation processes, ensure incidents and leave requests meet SLA timelines, run quality reviews using Power BI, and drive improvements to EWRT SOPs and workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Demonstrable knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its amendments.
•Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience leading a team of four or more HR professionals.
•Strong operational proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and MI applications, with experience handling high volumes of data.
•Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) and strong systems analysis skills to improve processes using available information.
