Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical support relationship for regulated and defense-sector customers and advocate for them internally.
  • •Conduct operational readiness assessments for infrastructure migrations, application launches, and scaling activities.
  • •Identify technical and operational risks and recommend architecture improvements to maintain business continuity.
  • •Advise customers on security, resilience, scalability, performance, and operational best practices.
  • •Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams on complex operational and system-design challenges; communicate feedback, feature requests, and issues to product/engineering and develop reusable guidance/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide customer-facing technical support as a trusted advisor for regulated/defense-sector customers.
  • •Have broad cloud expertise across distributed systems and areas like compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, security, or application development.
  • •Be familiar with cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI/ML workloads.
  • •Apply best practices for security, resilience, scalability, availability, and performance.
  • •Hold a degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics (or equivalent practical experience) and be fluent in Swedish and English; be eligible to complete a required security assessment.
