Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a group of highly skilled senior engineers by providing technical management, guidance, coaching, best practices and principles
  • •Active participation in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of software projects
  • •Responsible for resource planning, execution, and quality of the software delivered by the group
  • •Lead the group to build sophisticated products using a cutting-edge technology stack for retail customers and internal users
  • •Work closely with Product Management and other Engineering teams to drive execution of multiple strategies and technologies

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of Java programming with frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot

  • •Exposure to cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong object-oriented programming knowledge
