•Lead the group to build sophisticated products using a cutting-edge technology stack for retail customers and internal users
•Work closely with Product Management and other Engineering teams to drive execution of multiple strategies and technologies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8-10 years of experience
•Minimum 3+ years of Java programming with frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot
•Experience in hiring, performance appraisal, and building teams from the ground up
•Experience in a highly dynamic engineering environment like a start-up
•Exposure to cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong object-oriented programming knowledge
