Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to EOS Export Customers with troubleshooting and workarounds.
  • •Contribute to maintenance activities at worldwide customer premises (maintenance visits, deployments).
  • •Participate in acceptance testing phases, including integration, validation, and regression testing.
  • •Prepare and ensure delivery of versions and/or patches to customers according to schedule/cost/quality.
  • •Maintain the documentation repository and keep the team knowledge base up to date, proposing improvements proactively.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, engineering degree, or equivalent.
  • •Up to 3 years of experience, with first experience in software development or validation.
  • •Functional knowledge of Control Ground Segment and/or Mission Ground Segment and/or Image Ground Segment.
  • •Proficiency in Linux, Git, Scripting, Python, and Network.
  • •Advanced-level French and English; willingness to learn with team spirit and customer satisfaction.
