Key Responsibilities

  • •Review operations with customers and define/quantify customer benefits.
  • •Monitor UOP technology processes, identify improvement/optimization areas, and provide technical solutions for customers.
  • •Perform initial triage of technical issues and escalate to TS; troubleshoot solutions to maintain on-screen availability.
  • •Proactively communicate insights from trends and patterns; conduct diagnostic investigations to prevent future issues.
  • •Design and develop pipelines and analytics for next-generation big data monitoring tools and operation dashboards for GSC sustainability and efficient operations.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • •Ability to apply data mining and descriptive/inferential statistics to summarize datasets.
  • •Passion for visualizing technical relationships in data using ProSight.
  • •English (oral and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in shifts and multi-task.
