Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute end-to-end to product delivery from ideation to UI, backend logic, deployment, feedback, and measurement.
  • •Communicate internally and externally about new features, including collecting pre-implementation feedback and explaining launches.
  • •Build intuitive, performant web interfaces for business owners in Africa.
  • •Implement IT security and data protection best practices in a regulated environment, and drive architectural decisions for scalability, observability, and modularity.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and represent engineering in cross-functional discussions to translate business goals into technical plans.
