Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost-out initiatives across the supply base, owning the cost-out pipeline and annual savings targets while preserving quality and supply continuity.
  • •Partner with Category Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, providing regional market insights and supplier risk assessments.
  • •Identify and prioritize supplier risks through data-driven assessments and analysis of key vulnerabilities.
  • •Develop and implement mitigation strategies, including contingency planning, multi-sourcing, safety stock optimization, and supplier diversification.
  • •Monitor and continuously improve mitigation plans using KPIs and dashboards, and conduct cross-functional risk review meetings with governance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • •5–8+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or risk management.
  • •Experience in supplier risk assessment and business continuity planning.
  • •Strong procurement and supply chain operations background with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • •Strong project management and negotiation skills, with process/system-oriented decision-making in ambiguous situations.
