Job Summary

Brand Marketing Manager responsible for defining and executing activation strategies across online/offline channels, coordinating cross-country brand marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to drive brand growth in Sephora’s European market. You’ll manage brand activations, animation development, country advisory, and cross-functional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Brand Activation Advisor: Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, inclusive of online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects and data sharing; advise on brand investment in animations and budget monitoring; develop activation roadmap across European countries; lead brand meetings and analyze brand performance; work with merchant strategy and category managers.
•Animation developer: Build activation toolboxes with brands and internal experts; lead development of 360° supports with cross-functional teams; manage internal marketing meetings to ensure project execution.
•Country advisor: Serve as the main marketing contact on brand activations for countries; ensure deployment of EU strategy across the region.
•Cross-Functional Marketing Lead: Build partnerships cross-functionally in a matrixed organization; define processes and pilot external partnerships.
•Do not hesitate to apply: Graduated from business school; minimum 5+ years project management in retail/digital marketing; strong collaboration across teams and countries; develop brand marketing strategies; high-level problem solving; prioritize in fast-paced environment; bilingual French and English; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
