  • •Drive priorities, measures, and system health for regulated and prohibited content, continuously improving execution.
  • •Set requirements and success criteria for detection and automation, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve coverage, precision, and enforcement quality at scale.
  • •Translate legal, policy, and technical constraints into practical requirements, workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
  • •Identify gaps in the framework and drive enhancements to policies, procedures, controls, and workflows.
  • •Own escalations, quality assurance, and complex case patterns for residual volume, using signals to harden standards and automation over time.

Key Requirements
