Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the Finance technology innovation strategy and roadmap across AI, automation, data, reporting, forecasting, and process modernization.
  • •Translate Finance pain points and strategic priorities into technology, data, and automation opportunities with defined value, risk, scope, sequencing, and adoption plans.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI and automation use cases to improve productivity, insight generation, control quality, and speed.
  • •Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Controls, Model Risk, Legal, Sourcing, and Finance teams to ensure solutions are practical, secure, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • •Establish governance, intake routines, prioritization criteria, success metrics, and value tracking; provide executive recommendations and drive disciplined change leadership for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Data, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
  • •12+ years of experience in finance transformation, technology strategy, data and analytics, AI/automation enablement, consulting, or related roles.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, Controls, and business teams.
  • •Ability to shape strategy, build business cases, prioritize complex work, and deliver measurable outcomes through technology-enabled change.
  • •Strong understanding of Finance processes, data flows, reporting, forecasting, controls, governance, and technology-enabled operating models.
