Key Responsibilities

  • •Fulfill Contracts Manager responsibilities and advise major clients on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects using privately funded delivery models.
  • •Provide specialist contracts and procurement advice to private sector clients across healthcare construction contracts.
  • •Draft RFPs, evaluate scorecards and contracts, and support vendor procurement processes.
  • •Develop contract structures for major delivery strategies, manage internal contract team trackers, and review SOWs/MPAs proposal documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry and/or contract services for large-scale capital investment projects.
  • •Working knowledge and experience of various forms of contracts for the delivery of construction projects.
  • •Experience working in a multi-contracted environment.
  • •Ability to engage in a collaborative team environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders to develop robust contract documents.
  • •Degree or equivalent in construction or a related course of study.
