Key Responsibilities

•Own the delivery of multiple small-mid size real estate projects up to 50,000 square feet across an international portfolio, ensuring swift project set up, timely completion, and within budget parameters
•Serve as primary liaison between external project managers and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and project alignment
•Represent Anthropic’s interests while managing vendors including contract and invoice reviews
•Accountable for project milestones, deliverables, financials, and potential risks across all active projects
•Oversee project meetings and ensure follow-through on all commitments

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of corporate real estate construction project management experience on the client-occupier side
•Experience managing external project managers, general contractors, and FF&E vendors with contract/invoice review
•Outstanding verbal and written communication to ensure regular, clear project team and stakeholder updates
•Experience developing and implementing PMO tools and processes within live projects
•Proficient with Google Suite applications
