Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for large-scale, complex platform implementation projects, owning implementation design through delivery completion as an individual or leading a team.
  • •Lead architecture design and create diagrams for scalable, resilient foundations across on-prem, public cloud, and hybrid cloud using RHEL/OpenShift/Ansible.
  • •Drive advanced automation for cloud and infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and introduce DevOps processes to modernize customer system lifecycles.
  • •Support project planning and guide the team toward leadership goals; when technical challenges arise, propose solutions from an architectural perspective and adjust tasks accordingly.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor by clearly explaining business value to IT leaders and stakeholders; mentor junior consultants and support technical discovery for upsell/cross-sell with sales and architects.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of hands-on experience in technology, including collaboration with enterprise customers across development and implementation projects.
  • •Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large-scale foundations using Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of Linux (RHEL or equivalent) with architecture design and operations experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation (IaC) using Ansible and of at least one DevOps/CI/CD server technology.
  • •Experience designing, developing, and managing mission-critical applications and leading a small technical team, building relationships with engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders.
