Test Center Administrator (PT)

Serve as the face of Prometric in the Duluth test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, performing security checks, and continuously monitoring candidates during computer-based exams. Maintain strict test center policies and ensure a secure, fair, and comfortable testing environment. Triage and resolve candidate issues with urgency, report occurrences outside guidelines, and stay flexible with scheduling based on site operations.
